✅ How do I place an order?
Simply add your favourite snacks to cart and checkout. We accept orders 24/7 on our website.

✅ Can I edit or cancel my order?
Order changes/cancellations must be made before 2PM of the same day. Once packed or shipped, no changes are allowed.

✅ Can I split my order to multiple addresses?
No. One order = one delivery address. Please place separate orders if sending to multiple locations.

🚚 What are your delivery options?

• Standard Shipping:
  • $5 for orders below $30
  • FREE for orders above $30
• Expedited Shipping:
  • $7.50 for orders below $150
  • FREE for orders above $150
• Delivery Time:
  • Standard shipping: 3–5 working days
  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 working days

Working days exclude weekends & public holidays.

🚚 Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
• Please contact us before 2:00PM on the same day(whichever is earlier) to request changes.
• Once the order is processed for dispatch, we are unable to amend the delivery address.

🚚 What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
• If you notice any mistake, please contact us immediately with your order number.
• If we are not informed in time (before 2:00PM on the same day), the order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout based on the postal code.
• No refund for lost parcels due to wrong address. 

BigBee shall not be responsible for lost orders due to wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please carefully check your delivery address before checkout.

BigBee Refund & Return PolicyAt BigBee, your satisfaction matters to us and we always aim to deliver fresh, quality snacks with care. Because we sell food products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read the policy below before placing an order.

✅General Policy• We do our best to ensure every order arrives correctly and in good condition.
• Due to hygiene reasons, all snacks and food items are non-returnable.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case. BigBee reserves the right to make the final decision.

⁠✅Order Issues (Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items)If something is wrong with your order, don’t worry, we’re here to help!

Please contact us within3 daysof receiving your order if:
✔ The item arrived damaged
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ There are missing items

• Clear photos or video of the issue
• Short description of the problem

⁠🚫Non-Returnable ItemsFor food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:
• Opened or partially consumed snacks
• Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
• Clearance, promo bundle or sale items
• Free gifts or gift cards

⁠🔁Replacements / Refunds (If Approved)After reviewing your case, BigBee may offer:
✅ Partial or full store credit
✅ Partial or full refund
❌ Cash refunds are not provided

🚚Delivery IssuesOnce shipped, delivery time is handled by the courier. Delays are not eligible for refunds.

✅Responsibility & HonestyWe kindly ask customers to report issues honestly. We take care of our community and expect fairness in return.

BigBee reserves the right to decline claimsthat:
• Lack proof of issue
• Appear to be fraudulent or abusive
• Are submitted after 3 days of delivery

• Yes, ingredients are provided by the manufacturer and shown on product images.
• Common allergens include nuts, soy, dairy, wheat, gluten, seafood.
• If you have allergies, please check before purchase.

✅ How to keep snacks fresh after opening?

• Keep in a cool, dry place
• Avoid direct sunlight
• Store in air-tight containers or use resealable clips
• Consume by best before date
