Order changes/cancellations must be made before 2PM of the same day. Once packed or shipped, no changes are allowed.

No. One order = one delivery address. Please place separate orders if sending to multiple locations.

🚚 Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
β€’ Please contact us before 2:00PM on the same day (whichever is earlier) to request changes.
β€’ Once the order is processed for dispatch, we are unable to amend the delivery address.

🚚 What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
β€’ If you notice any mistake, please contact us immediately with your order number.
β€’ If we are not informed in time (before 2:00PM on the same day), the order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout based on the postal code.
β€’ No refund for lost parcels due to wrong address.
